Megan is a founding and Managing Partner of Kreke Smith, LLC. Megan and Kori formed Kreke Smith, LLC with the purpose of creating excellency in legal advocacy for our clients in areas of the law that affect families and their lives. Megan is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and Florida, and primarily practices family law, divorce and estate planning in person in Southern Illinois counties.

Megan tailors her virtual law practice to the fast pace and constantly changing dynamics of our society. Megan works directly with clients to devleop an individualized approach to each legal issue that arises.

Megan earned her B.A. from Illinois State University and J.D. from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law. Megan serves as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem in Madison, Bond and St. Clair County, Illinois. Megan also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro East Every Survivor Counts non-profit organzation helping survivors of sexual assault recieve vital community resources after crisis.

With more than 40 hours of domestic violence trailing with Oasis Women’s Center, Megan prioritizes creating an open and understanding environment for clients to easily communicate and nagivate the legal process during some of the most difficult times of peoples lives.
